What kind of workouts will you have me do?
You can choose to work out in a gym or at home with workouts that involve different forms of cardio and strength training. Workouts will always begin with a warm-up and end in a cool-down and stretching.
What if I want to extend my 12-week program?
At the end of your 12 weeks, just let me know that you want to sign up for another 12 weeks and we’ll go from there. 
Why should I try online training?
When it comes to the most important projects in our lives, we hire professionals. I hire contractors to work on my home renovations, an accountant when tax season rolls around and a physical therapist if you’re experiencing mobility issues. These professionals offer up their expert opinions and point out anything I might’ve missed.

With your health — a long-term ‘project’ you’ll be working on for the rest of your life — having a personal trainer to guide you towards your fitness and nutrition goals will only increase your chances of success. You won’t have to play the guessing game of figuring out what specific foods or exercises will help you lose weight — that’s my job. With me, you’ll know exactly what diet and exercise plan to follow to get you the results you want.

And when you do online training, you get access to an expert trainer and nutritionist (me!) anytime, without having to leave home or worry about rearranging your busy schedule.
