As women, we make a lot of sacrifices. But self care shouldn't be one of them.
You wake up every morning and immediately have to get the kids fed, dressed and off to school. You head to work, where everyone seems to need you. You barely have time for lunch, let alone heading to a gym for a workout.

I get it. I’ve lived it. That’s why I’ve created my online training programs specifically for busy women. 

We’ll work to find ways to squeeze that 30-minute workout in at times that work for you. I’ll keep you accountable and motivated — and I’ll remind you of why you’re doing this: Because YOU matter too. When you take care of yourself, you’ll be better at all the other roles you play in life — mom, boss, wife, sister, whatever it may be.

My main mission is for you to love and appreciate your body where you’re at right now. Once you do that, you’ll start seeing positive changes in both your body and mind. Exercising and healthy eating shouldn’t feel like chores — together we will work to rewire your mindset so that you view these things as loving actions and nourishment for your body.

I believe that every body is a ‘bikini body.’ When we work toward your fitness goals, it’s all about feeling your best — not looking like an Instagram model. Your time with me will be therapeutic, and not just a means to an end. If you love a yummy dessert after a hard day, you can have it. I’ll teach you how to keep the things you love while reaching your goals.
